Internal Audit Control Procedures
Internal audits are to be established agency-wide for petty cash, group funds, credit cards, billing, accounts payable, expense reports, fleet vehicles, gas cards, long distance phone bills, time sheets, and others as determined for a not-for-profit agency with 273 employees. The procedures are to be in written form with clear direction so as to be easily passed on to internal accounting staff.
